Returns and Exchanges
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Submit a return request by emailing us at office@naptimenightwear.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving your order
- Send your unwanted items back to us and please note the item(s) you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. As a result, we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Naptime Nightwear Ltd is unable to pay returns postage unless an item is incorrect or faulty
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved we will aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receiving them, and we’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve processed your refund
- Please note that during very busy periods, it may take longer to receive your refund
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
- To arrange an exchange please submit a request by emailing us at office@naptimenightwear.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving your order. The cost of returning the item(s) will be your responsibility, but we will send out the replacement at our own cost. Your item will be sent second class.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order
- They must be in original condition
- All items must be unworn and unwashed
- All items must be in the original packaging with the tag and label attached
- Please note all items must have the tag attached - if the tag is unattached the item(s) is non returnable
- All sale item(s) are non returnable
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
- If you receive a faulty item, please address your concern to office@naptimenightwear.co.uk with customer name, order number, address and photo of the damaged or defective item(s) within 7 days from receiving your order. We are unable to process any investigation or refund without these
- Naptime Nightwear Ltd can only accept orders placed on www.naptimenightwear.co.uk/com. If Naptime Nighwear Ltd considers the item(s) to be damaged or defective, the product will be replaced. We must be notified of any faulty or damaged items within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order
